in today's world, the energy problem has attracted worldwide attention, energy has become an important national development strategy, the political and diplomatic problems. Energy is one of the bottlenecks restricting China's economic and social development. So energy conservation is the basic state policy of our country, is the important content of the construction of energy-saving society. As the building energy consumption is rising, "building energy efficiency" has become a hot energy conservation. The huge energy saving potential is present in the energy-saving reconstruction of existing homes.Is in the world today, in the trend of internationalization in our country in current and future a period, will be at the urban scale construction stage. Old village comprehensive renovation project mainly involves the old residential building energy-saving renovation and outdoor environment comprehensive improvement, is an important task in the process of urban construction and development, is an indispensable process in urban development, is also a "people's livelihood" project benefits and beneficial.In this paper, the engineering technical scheme of project has carried on the detailed elaboration, and finally to the project put forward constructive views. In this paper, from two aspects to analyze project evaluation, project social benefit and the social impact analysis and financial analysis of the project. Project mainly through strengthening, replacement of doors and Windows, equipped with thermal insulation material, the transformation pipeline, flat roads, greenery and a series of measures to improve building heat insulation and waterproof ability, reduce energy consumption and pollution, improve the living conditions and the environment, make people really feel the economic development.
