Research On Simulation Analysis Of Suspension System Based On ADAMS/Car

With the development of the automobile industry,automobile chassis technology has become more and more mature.In automotive chassis systems,suspensions are very important as a load-bearing and connecting mechanism.For the driver,he can clearly feel the suspension’s reaction to the vibration of the car,and judge the situation from the road.This article refers to a large number of domestic and foreign literature studies.Based on an actual model,ADAMS / Car software is used to establish digital models of the main components of the front and rear suspensions,which are assembled into an overall dynamic model.A K&C characteristic analysis was performed on the Phoson front suspension model,which simulated the changes in wheel alignment parameters measured under several operating conditions.For the front suspension model,use the Insight module in ADAMS software to study the influence of design variables on the positioning parameters,and use the DOE module in the software to analyze the sensitivity of the selected variables,and then optimize the variable factors that have greater influence.The feasibility of the optimization was confirmed through the experimental comparison of the virtual prototype.Finally,other subsystems of the vehicle were established and assembled into a vehicle model to study the handling stability.According to the test methods stipulated in the national standard,the snake test,the transient response test of the steering,the steady-state turning test,the steering performance return test,and the steering portability test were respectively performed.It is verified that the model studied has good handling stability.
