As the Air separation equipment working,the air is sent to compressor and airconditioning supply system directly. This process will shorten the life of thedevice. So it is necessary to set a Air filter on the inlet pipe of air compressor. Thispaper has finished the research and development of the anti blow control system inself-cleaning Air filter. This paper conclude the design of hardware and software andthe realization of the concrete module. It is focused on the module of main controlling,drive detectionand communication. This paper is divided into seven parts:Firstly, in the larger sense,the background of research and Structure have beenstated.Secondly, It introduces the working principle based on the basiccompositionself-cleaning Air filter.Thirdly, the overall requirements and keytechniques of the system design are introduced.Fourthly, the different pressuremonitoring circuit, the voltage signal conditioning circuit, solenoid valve driver anddetection circuit and RS485communication circuit and other parts of the design of thehardware design have been introduced.Fifthly, It states the design of the realizationfor the anti blow control system andpressure monitoring method and communicationprogram.Sixthly, the Summary of system debugging and testing data have beenmade,ensure that whether the system meets the requirements of the safe and stableoperation and pure quality from the debug data analysis.Seventhly, The research ofthe subject is summarized and the prospect of the research is also presented, and thesupplementary of the new research is further studied.This paper, based on the full study of the air purification system and supportinginfrastructure, designs pre-filter programming control system which integrates a set oflow cost, simple structure, easy maintenance and safe.
