| Modern isolation technology has been generally recognized for its several advantages in the engineering field,however,the widely used isolation device(such as laminated rubber bearings)is not cheap currently,therefore,it is necessary to study a sort of cheap and fine isolation device,in view of such need,this paper study the concrete filled steel tubular column seismic isolator.In order to research fully on working performance,isolation effect and the cost of concrete filled steel tubular column(CFT)seismic isolator,This paper is based on the quasi-static cyclic test of the seismic isolator,isolation effect of a masonry building is analyzed with SAP2000,the isolation cost to reduce earthquake action from degree 8 to degree 7 is given,three kinds of diameters of the concrete filled steel tubular column seismic isolator are compared in terms of the isolation effect and the cost,the optimal isolator is selected.In addition,the stiffness of the seismic isolator is also fitted,the influence of diameter of the CFT and bearing positive stress on the period of the base isolated building is analyzed,it provides a scientific basis for the design of isolated structures.The major elements of this paper are as bellow:1.The progress of seismic technology of structure is summarized,and technology of base-isolating emphatically introduced,by analyzing the seismic performance and the earthquake damage of masonry structure,it is necessary to study a kind of inexpensive seismic isolation device.2.The quasi-static cyclic test of the seismic isolator is carried out,the test results are compared and analyzed.In addition,influencing factors of working of the isolator are analyzed,the relationship between load and displacement of seismic isolator is established.3.The selection method of seismic wave in time history analysis is discussed,an analysis of the isolation effect of a masonry building in different intensity regions and various sites is studied by modeling through SAP2000.4.The manufacture cost of the concrete filled steel tubular column seismic isolator is introduced,the isolation cost of a masonry building to reduce earthquake action from degree 8 to degree 7 is analyzed.Combined with the isolation effect and cost,it provides the scientific basis for the selection of the seismic isolator.5.Based on quasi-static cyclic test of the seismic isolator,the calculation formula of the stiffness of the seismic isolator is given,and influencing factors of stiffness of the isolator are analyzed.The influence of diameter of the CTF and bearing positive stress on the period of the base isolated building is studied,it provides scientific basis for seismic isolation design. |
