At the beginning of this paper,the classification of isolation system and the research status of seismic system of connected twin tower structure are introduced,and then the classification of isolation bearing,mechanical properties and the analysis method of seismic performance of the structure are described.On the basis of the above content using SAP2000 software to create symmetrical conjoined twin towers of the structure of the traditional seismic model,and on the basis of the traditional seismic model,to choose three types of bearing are combined configuration as isolation layer,set the isolation layer,respectively,on the upper base,fourth upper floors and the eleventh floors upper model of the three kinds of isolation.Next,through the finite element analysis of the four models,we studied the advantages of the connected twin tower structure compared with the traditional seismic structure in the case of applying isolation technology,and the influence of the different locations of the isolation layer on the seismic performance of the structure.In addition,we also analysis without connecting traditional anti-seismic structure model,connecting the traditional anti-seismic structure model,shock layer connectionless interval layer structure model and the connection between the earthquake response of the structure model of a series of parameters,such as the natural vibration period,floor displacement and interlaminar shear,interlayer displacement Angle and floor acceleration,and the following conclusions:(1)The natural vibration period of the isolation structure increases relative to the earthquake-resistant structure,and the maximum damping rate is more than 50%.The extension of the natural vibration period can expand the gap with the excellent period of ground motion,and the seismic action of the superstructure can be greatly reduced.Therefore,the use of the isolation technology has achieved the purpose of damping the connected twin tower structure.(2)According to the analysis of floor displacement,inter-story shear force and floor acceleration through time-history analysis,within a certain range,the larger the displacement of the isolation layer is,the more seismic energy it absorbs,and the displacement of the upper structure of the isolation layer will decrease accordingly.Moreover,the calculated data show that the inter-story shear force and floor acceleration of the upper structure of the isolation layer will obviously decrease,and the damping effect of the structure will become smaller and smaller with the increase of the location of the isolation layer.(3)The addition of the connecting body makes the inter-story displacement and inter-story shear force of the symmetrical twin tower structure decrease under the earthquake action,and the shock absorption rate reaches more than 50%,but the effect on the floor acceleration is relatively small.In the traditional seismic structure,the period of the first mode mode of the connected volume symmetrical twin-tower structure is 14%higher than that of the unconnected volume symmetrical twin-tower structure,and the period of the first mode mode of the connected volume symmetrical twin-tower structure is11% higher than that of the unconnected volume symmetrical twin-tower structure in the storied isolation structure.This indicates that the addition of connectors does improve the seismic performance of the symmetrical twin-tower structure,but in the isolation structure,the seismic performance displayed by the addition of connectors will be reduced compared with that of the traditional structure.(4)By comparing the seismic response of the four models,the overall damping effect of the structure is obvious after the isolation layer is added.On this basis,the damping effect of the structure before and after joining the connectors is improved less,so the use of isolation technology is more effective than that of connectors in terms of damping effect of the structure.Figure:[48],Table:[33],Reference:[64]...
