| In recent years,real estate developed rapidly in China,developers pay more and more attention to the building intelligence application.Especially,the large buildings need more intelligent functions,such as the high-end commercial real estate,government buildings,stadiums.So,intelligent building has a promising prospect for future development.Intelligent building system is the product of high technology,which has the features of complex structure,complete functions and extensive ranges.It is the combination of architecture,electrical technology,electronic technology,computer technology,automatic control technology,HVAC technology and management techniques.Moreover,its implementation is a complete system project.Building Automation System(BAS)is the most important part of intelligent buildings.The main task of BAS is to monitor and control building’s energy,environment and security,which can provide a safe,reliable and comfortable living and working environment.Based on the basic concepts of BAS,and combined the development history and system structure,we researched the structures,functions and integration approach of subsystems firstly,then we summarized the key technologies in BAS,finally we developed an OPC server to realize the information sharing and integration of every subsystem.In this paper,in the case of one intelligent design of an intelligent office building intelligent system,we designed an OPC server for BAS.This OPC server is an intelligent building system management platform combined with OPC,CAN,KNX,ABB i-bus,ZigBee and many other communication standards and interface.We also give the key program and integration results.The design project in this paper have already completed the construction,the results show that the expectations of intelligent building integration and management purposes are achieved. |
