Abstract/Summary:
Cellular automata is the dynamical system that time and space are discrete. Scat -tered around the rules, every yuan of grid cell in a limited number of discrete state, follow the same rules, on the basis of certain local rules for an update. A large number of cell through simple interaction, constitutes the evolution of the dynamic system. Both the human social phenomenon, and the nature of material change, can use cell-ular automata to simulation and research. In the field of urban planning,it is usually used for land using, urban expansion, landscape planning and more simulation studies. With the diversity and randomness of cellular automaton evolution, this article put for-ward the urban color space research methods, using the study of chang-zhou city color planning as a case, inspecting and improving the color model. Deter- mined by a large number of experiments, get cellular size, shape parameters, the algorithm.Based on vs2013 programming implementation. By using the model, the urban space can be dynamically assigned colors. It will be well used to simulating of the future urban color.
