Analysis On The Historic District's Protection And Renewal Of Yantai Suo Cheng Li Based On The Urban Catalytic Theory

As the embodiment of city historical culture and regional characteristic,historical district is an important part of the urban space.However,in the course of urban development,many historical street blocks which have various city issues become the district that in urgent need of improvement in the urban area. As the process of urbanization the got further promoted,land resources has become increasingly tense which promote the development of old urban districts into a new object. In the practice of the reconstruction in the inner cities improper update measures made the Urban Culture Connotations and the location spirit got great damage,which also includes a number of urban reconstruction and renewal of historic blocks.Therefore,to seek an appropriate status of china,historic blocks protection and renewal strategy on the basis of continuation of historical context and location spirit, implementation of material renewal of historic blocks,the function adjustment,economic recovery,the recreation of block vitality is very necessary.Now introduce the “Urban catalytic theory ”concept.Based on “Urban catalytic theory of urban design strategy study discussion on the reference model of urban historic blocks protection and renewal.The introduction in the first chapter,first of all,on the protection and renovation of urban historic district status were briefly discussed. Based on the established based on urban catalyst theory of urban historic district protection and renewal for the main contents of this paper,then the research purpose,research status and research methods discussed and put forward the structure of the thesis.The second chapter mainly introduces the study of the historical block theory, urban catalyst theory support,introduces the formation and development of the catalyst theory,historical district conservation and renewal of practice in urban catalyst application and practice model.The third chapter mainly from the two aspects of line catalyst theory and the surface of the catalyst theory analysis of block status,through the line catalyst theory analysis of block texture and street space,green neighborhood and square space through the surface of the catalyst theory analysis.The fourth chapter mainly analysis of two aspects of the theory of architecture in the district monomer,catalytic materials,including architecture monomer structure, materials,decoration and so on from the catalyst substance theory and non-material, non catalytic materials including construction monomer bearing block folklore and history culture.The fifth chapter mainly tells the story of the city historic district renewal and conservation policy and practice,rely on the theory of catalyst support and the third and fourth chapter,analysis of block, is proposed for the city historical block protection finer strategies,including catalyst element selection, shaping,the control and guide of the catalytic reaction,also according to the proposed strategy make suitable for urban neighborhoods to protect and update related design practice.
