| As the global economic integration and the coming of knowledge economy age, in this new era, countries and companies are increasingly concerned about knowledge, and knowledge management has been also applied to a lot of fields. Enterprise knowledge management capability is closely related to the core competitiveness of enterprises. Meanwhile, with the large-scale and complication of construction project, construction enterprises have improved requirement in technology and management, which highly rely on knowledge management. Therefore, it is crucial for construction enterprises to carry out construction project knowledge management performance evaluation research and put forward constructive suggestions to improve construction project knowledge management performance.In this paper, we have a construction project knowledge management performance evaluation research that is based on the viewpoint of construction enterprises and the construction stage in the processes of project construction. First of all, this paper summarizes the relevant researches of scholars at home and abroad, and analyses the studies about construction project knowledge management and knowledge management performance evaluation, and analyses relevant theories about construction project knowledge management performance evaluation; Secondly, combined with the research perspective of knowledge management, this paper analyzes the influence factors of construction project knowledge management performance from knowledge management processes, knowledge management support conditions and knowledge management objectives. Then this paper selects evaluation indicators and builds up construction project knowledge management performance evaluation index system. From the inspection of the evaluation index system, this paper verifies the evaluation index system, which includes three first grade indicators, ten second grade indicators and twenty-eight third grade indicators. The first grade indicators cover knowledge management processes, knowledge management support conditions and knowledge management objectives. The second grade indicators cover knowledge collection, knowledge integration, knowledge application, knowledge innovation and so on. The third grade indicators cover the ability to collect explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge from intra-organization and so on; Finally, this paper builds up fuzzy comprehensive evaluation mathematical model of construction project knowledge management performance, and carries out empirical research in construction enterprises A and B. And the evaluation results are in accord with the actual situation. Then this paper puts forward suggestions for the improvement of construction enterprise knowledge management performance. These suggestions involve the improvement of knowledge management processes, the improvement of knowledge management support conditions and the enhancement of knowledge management objectives.The innovation lies in:construction project knowledge management performance evaluation index system is improved, and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation mathematical model of construction project knowledge management performance is built up. |
