Our country has a vast territory and complex terrain,natural disasters occur frequently among which the railway natural disasters are extensive, diversity, frequency and with other characteristics.Railway emergency events has seriously affected the operational efficiency of railway transport in our country, but also reduces the efficiency of China's railway passenger transportation,along with the deepening reform of national railway enterprise, China railway line also profound changes in the network topology, which makes the structure of railway networks in China becomes more complex, and at the same time, the China railway train operation organization becomes more difficult.Therefore, in order to improve the transportation efficiency of railway system and enhance the capacity of railway transportation, the optimization of train operation diagram under the emergency condition is an important aspect of the train operation organization.This paper focuses on the research of railway emergency, railway emergency in accordance with the hierarchical division, the different types of emergencies take different strategies to cope with the situation, for frequent of weather influence on train operation, this paper introduced the Japanese Shinkansen train speed limit under the condition of bad weather standards for reference and with the application of markov chains in random process model, the probability calculation methods on different regional contingencies, emergencies occur applied probability in the simulation system.Again, the research discussed the optimization problem of the stability section of train timetable under the condition of optimization problem, considering the train operation simulation under moving block system, the train operation simulation system based on cellular automaton model, discussed the relationship between the stability of train operation plan on qualitative indexes and train punctuality rate, put forward the simulation of the train diagram optimization method based on stability, and then to the Beijing- Shanghai highspeed railway in the south of Beijing to the west of Ji'nan as an example for simulation and analysis of the maximum allowable speed of the train simulation model, the relationship among the occurrence of unexpected events on the probability and the train timetable,and for a certain time period the run section of the running of the train as the optimization goal, optimization of train running.Finally, based on the simulation method of the train running stability study of the optimization problem is applied to railway network, construction of emergency under the condition of road network based on Petri net model, with the trains totality- subnet and the Nanjing south railway station as a network node, the train will be sent to four different train route, consider train under the network condition, tracking train before the train in network nodes may change, and train at the pit stop in the process of route control problem was studied by simulation and optimization target train timetable.In this paper, under the conditions of train running optimization problem for incident provides the ideas and methods, and it is a supplement to the system of railway train operation organization theory, as well as China's railway train timetable drawing and daily train operation dispatching work provides a new theoretical basis and reference.
