In recent years, with the rapid development of railway construction in China, the scale of railway network has been further expanded and the railway network structure has been further improved. The railway network which of improved accessibility although stimulates more demand for transport, but makes the train operation organization become relatively complex. Due to the geographical conditions and other factors, an emergency have occurred on railway frequently in China, which tend to undermine the railway traffic equipment, intertupt train operation and disrupt the operation order. As the growth of railway network, its impact will be greater. That not only damages the economic interests of the railway, but also reduces the railway service qulities. So there is profound significance to make research on the train operation organization in emergency.In accordance with the characteristics of train opetating and relevant theories and methods of tain organization, the thesis takes "the train operation organization in emergency" as research object, followed making an in-depth study on the traffic demands, the paths set and Train Paths Distributing. The main contents are as follows:(1) We describe the types of railway emergency, characteristics and causes. Then, it summarizes the existing methods of train operation adjustment for the railway emergency situations. But also as the differential impact of emergency, we make detailed analysis of the train operating characteristics and put forward the corresponding train operating conditions with three aspects which of fixed equipments damage, mobile devices damage and the burst of passenger flow.(2)In this paper, we describe the research background of the paths set during the railway emergency. Meanwhile, the paper discusses the characteristics and the effects of the paths set in emergency and designs the model and algorithms base on the K-short path to generate the paths set.(3)We describe the feature of Train Paths Distributing on the railway network in emergency as well as the Train Paths Distributing problem are built with the objective to maximize the overall satisfaction on the different levels of train running time difference by used the theoretical knowledge of satisfactory optimization method. As the same time, we represent the change of carring ability with the confidence interval and design the solution to generate the problem. Finally, the paper solves a case of the virrual railway scenario and the basic data to obtain the paths set and the distributing plan.
