With the development of economy, the power consumption is increasing, and the accuracy requirement of electric energy metering devices is higher and higher. The accuracy of the high voltage metering devices, widely used in the market currently, is calculated by the method of comprehensive error. But this method doesn't comply with the basic principles of the International Electrical Commission on the calibration of high voltage metering devices. The integrated calibration system of high voltage measurement can overcome the shortcomings of traditional high voltage metering device and its design principle is in accordance with the standard requirements for the high voltage metering device.This paper focuses on the design of integrated calibration system for 10 k V high voltage metering, which includes standard high voltage signal source, standard high voltage metering device, pulse detection device and background calibration software. High standard signal source is mainly composed of standard three-phase low voltage signal source, voltage booster and current booster. Standard three-phase low voltage signal source adopts the structure of “ARM+DDS”. Circuit adopts LPC2468 as its control core and selects AD9852 as its DDS chip. Standard high voltage metering device contains standard voltage transformer, standard current transfor and standard low voltage meter. The precision of standard voltage transformer and standard current transformer reached Class 0.01, and the measuring accuracy of standard meter is Class 0.1. The pulse detection device is composed of ARM control module, optocoupler acquisition module and RS232 communication module etc. The type of core also uses LPC2468, and standard table optocouplers adopts TLP2066. Background calibration software selects VS2010 as its development platform, and development language is C#. Its main functions include preheating, parameter inputing, serial communication, active and reactive power calibration and so on.Finally, some test had been carried on, and the results showed that this system can check integrated high voltage metering device, which nameplate nominal active Class is 0.5 and reactive Class is 2.0. The experimental results verified the feasibility of scheme in this paper.
