Electrical safety equipments presently still have many problems such as low accuracy and consistency of high-voltage tests,large environmental impacts of measurement results,difficulties and low efficiency in calibration of high-voltage equipments,etc.It is urgent to study in depth the mechanism and compensation method affecting high-voltage measurement error,and research the automatic calibration system based on the same high-voltage standard source and standard table,design high-voltage channel automatic switching and multi-parameter automatic calibration algorithm to improve the accuracy and consistency of the factory equipment.To meet these demands,this dissertation focuses on the 20 kV high-voltage meter automatic calibration and performance evaluation system to achieve automatic calibration of AC voltage,DC voltage,AC current,DC current,frequency and other characteristics of 20 kV high-voltage meters,as well as high-voltage sensor performance evaluation and compensation.The main contents of the dissertation include: on the basis of studying the influence mechanism of voltage intensity,temperature,humidity and frequency,the model of highvoltage sensor is established by the improved particle swarm optimization optimizing neural network algorithm;based on the electric push rod and intelligent relay group,the high-voltage signal source automatic switching device is designed to automatically switch the high-voltage channel according to the calibration process;the automatic calibration and high voltage sensor evaluation system software is developed by C# adopting the master-slave mode,which can calibrate several high-voltage measurement meter at the same time and the data is stored to the cloud server;finally,the remote calibration management platform based on the B/S architecture is designed to realize the storage and statistical analysis of the calibration data.The chapters of this dissertation are arranged as follows: chapter 1 mainly introduces the background and research significance,the research status at home and abroad,the main research contents and chapter arrangement of this dissertation;chapter 2 discusses the design goals and overall design of the system;chapter 3 introduces the system hardware architecture design and the circuit design of high voltage sensor module,high voltage signal source automatic switching device and communication interface,etc;chapter 4 mainly illustrates performance evaluation and analysis of the high voltage sensor,the performance characteristics of the tested products are compared firstly,then the process of analyzing and modeling is introduced;chapter 5 describes the software architecture design and data table design of the system,the design of embedded software,desktop software and remote management platform software is introduced as well;chapter 6 introduces the debugging and testing of the system,and analyzes the problems encountered;chapter 7 is the summary and prospect of the system proposed in this dissertation.The system was fully tested by the cooperation unit from October to December 2018,and was officially delivered at the end of December 2018.The system is running stably at present,greatly reducing the calibration and inspection time.The measurement accuracy and consistency of the instrument have been significantly improved to meet the expected goals.
