Experimental study on anti-scaling and corrosion inhibition was conducted aims to the scale formed at the water side of the six air-cooling unit's peak cooling system in Huaneng Shangan power plant. The experiments used circulating cooling water which Shangan Power Plant provided as the experimental water quality. Adopting the calcium carbonate precipitation method,we studied the anti-scaling synergy of high-performance environment-friendly green water treatment agents poly aspartic acid?PASP?,2-phosphonic acid butane 1,2,4 tricarboxylic acid butane?PBTCA? with maleic acid-acrylic acid copolymer?MA-AA?. We worked out the optimized compositional formulation 5?10mg/L PASP?/5?10mg/L PBTCA?/3?6mg/L MA-AA?selected by orthogonal experiment,and explored the effect of the temperature,pH,Ca2+ and HCO3- on the scale inhibition performance of the compound,the compound which we had obtained has good resistant to mild alkali resistance. The experimental results show that the mixture still has good corrosion inhibition performance in water at 65?,on which we studied by using the rotating-hanging plate corrosion experiment.At last,we evaluated the scale and corrosion inhibition of the compound through the dynamic imitating test.
