With the upgrading of the acceleration of urbanization and socio-economic, urban expansion and urban population growth, traffic congestion and energy crisis has become an important issue facing the world. In order to solve urban traffic congestion, rail transportation for sustainable development has become an effective means. Modern trams with a new look to re-boarded the stage of history, the construction of low investment, short construction period, low operating costs, high transport efficiency, low-carbon environment and convenient time, etc., has become the first choice for small and medium urban public transport development. Modern trams turnout control unit is the safe operation of the entire process of core areas, through the car control equipment and trackside control equipment to complete the train operation control and dispatch management tasks by means of wireless communication.
