Long rails for railway transportation have an important boosting effect on the construction of high-speed railways,and a safe and reasonable long-rail transportation loading and reinforcement scheme is particularly important.There have been many years of research and practice at home and abroad on the technical solutions for long rails for railway transportation,but there is no mature ordinary flat car transportation solution for the 50 m long rails in China.China's high-speed railway technology is gradually being promoted and applied abroad.Indonesia's Yawan Railway has confirmed the use of domestic 50 m long rails.50 m long rails need to be transported from the Indonesian port to the project site by rail,but Indonesia does not have the technology to transport 50 m long rails by the meter rail.Program.In response to the above problems,based on the long rail transportation technology at home and abroad,based on the 50 m long rail ordinary flat car transportation loading and strengthening plan(hereinafter referred to as loading and strengthening plan),using the vehicle multi-body system dynamics principle,the SIMPACK software has established 50 Dynamic model of m-long rail transportation vehicle.The radius of the curve and the ultra-high value have a greater impact on the safety of railway vehicles.Reasonable simulation conditions can maximize the actual operating conditions.According to the design standards of the domestic railway and the actual measurement data of the Indonesian local railway department,the dynamic calculation conditions of the 50-meter long rail transportation plan dynamics on the domestic line and the Indonesian line were studied and determined respectively.Dynamic simulation analysis.Establishing a reasonable long rail model is an important link in the dynamic simulation calculation of long rail transportation scheme.In the modeling process,two methods based on finite element calculation and elastic element are used to process and model the 50 m long rail.The finite element method is used to calculate the maximum lateral force generated by the rail on the curves of different radius curves,and load this lateral force into the corresponding seat position in the vehicle model to simulate the lateral force of the rail when the curve naturally bends..Based on the elastic element method,a 50 m long rail is discretized into multiple units,a 50 m long rail model based on a torsional elastic element is established,and the long rail model is coupled with a transport vehicle group model,and the 50 m long rail transport vehicle group is simulated on different curves Dynamic performance under operating conditions.In addition,the turnout is a key component of the railway line,and its structure is complicated.When the long rail transport vehicle group passes through the curve,the effect of the lateral force generated by the rail bending deformation on the turnout has always been the focus of long rail transport research.In this paper,based on the actual structure of domestic turnouts,the No.9 and No.12 variable section turnout models were established respectively,and the safety of the 50 m long rail ordinary flat car transport unit passing through the domestic No.9 and No.12 turnouts was simulated and calculated.The simulation calculation results show that the vehicle dynamics performance of the 50-meter-long rail ordinary flat car transportation scheme meets my country's railway related technical standards.Comparing the results of domestic line simulation with domestic line test data,the simulation results based on the elastic torsion element method for long rail transportation dynamics model have a high similarity with the actual line test results,which proves that the model established in this paper is more reasonable.At the same time,the calculation results of the variable cross section turnout are compared with the previous long rail transport test data,which proves that the established turnout model can better reflect the actual operation rules.
