The Key Technology Research And Application About Track Laying And Installation Of Groove Rail Monolithic Track Bed For The Modern Streetcar

The thesis is on the basis of track laying and construction of continuous welded rail of groove rail in test section for roundabout modern streetcar in Zhuhai District,Guangzhou City.It carries on a further research on the groove rail monolithic track bed,groove rail ballastless turnout and groove rail welding of continuous welded rail.Firstly,it develops the technology of groove rail monolithic track bed construction,groove rail welding and continuous welded rail laying against the construction difficulties about groove rail monolithic track bed and continuous welded rail.Secondly,it puts forward a complete set of manual construction technology applied to the long rail embedded type groove rail monolithic track bed,and develops the facilities,i.e.groove rail spreader,support frame,rail gap clamp,and so on.Especially for the curve radius less than 150 m,developing the rail bending method for groove rail on curve.It makes rail smooth and ensures the rail construction geometry size on curve.Thirdly,developing the one-time casting technology and facilities for turnout track bed according to the turnout design features of switch rail type groove rail monolithic track bed,which ensures the quality of groove rail turnout laying.Finally,developing the complete set of technology and facilities for groove rail mobile flash welding against the welding difficulties of asymmetrical section of groove rail.It provides the basis for groove rail flash welding technology.The complete set of technology and facilities summarized in the thesis about track laying of continuous welded rail of groove rail monolithic track bed for modern streetcar has been adopted by the test section for roundabout modern streetcar in Zhuhai District,Guangzhou City.After two years' operation,the streetcars run safely and smoothly.It provides a reference for future construction of groove rail for modern streetcar.
