Research On The Construction Quality Problem Analysis And Control Measure Of Large Water Diversion Project

Water diversion project is the important component of water resources allocation project and also is the effective means to solve urban water shortage and to improve the uneven distribution of water resources in China.In recent years,under the situation of great efforts to construction water resources allocation project,large water diversion project is more and more concerned.The construction quality of large water diversion project is directly related to millions of people’s life and property security,once an accident occurs,it will get immeasurable loss.The paper takes the construction enterprises as the research view,analyzes on the construction quality problems of large water diversion project.The main contents are followed:(1)Make a summary of the current research of water diversion project at home and abroad,through literature review,practice research and data statistical analysis,the paper summarizes the main construction contents and the common construction quality problems of large water diversion project.(2)Using the Pareto Chart principle,with a specific water diversion project as an example,this paper analyzes the primary and secondary construction quality problems,and further analyzes the mechanism of the main causes of the problems.(3)On the basis of aforesaid research,this paper classifies the main construction quality problems and uses the brainstorming method to identify the cause and effect relationship;Furtherly,using the intuitionistic fuzzy theory and TOPSIS correlation sorting method,this paper gives out the sort conclusion.In addition,according to a concrete construction quality problem,this paper also puts forward a quantitative analysis method of the causal relationship that on the basis of AHP.(4)From the perspective of the formation of large water diversion project construction quality,this paper researches and explains the key construction project quality control and preventive measures,including earth-rock engineering,foundation engineering,channel panel engineering,reinforced concrete engineering,mechanical and electrical equipment and metal structure engineering,etc.(5)From the perspective of construction enterprise,combining with the current widely used two methods of quality management,this paper puts forward the implementation suggestions of water diversion project total quality management.
