The change of the surrounding environment of the operating subway will lead to a series of complicated changes. The urgent matter is getting the deformation features of the poor structure quickly and solving it successfully. This paper takes the section from K19+933 to K20+092 of the tunnel structure which sandwich plate is cracked of an operating subway as the research objection.(1) To make the field exploration in the operating subway with emergency, to investigate the structure and the surrounding environment, and collect some related information, including the engineering geology, the situation of hydro-geology, the general situation of engineering structure and the dangerous situation of the engineering. We can make an emergency rescue plan according to the dangerous situation of the engineering.(2) According to field data, using the finite element analysis software to simulate the tunnel structure establish the finite element calculation model that was cracked under the influence of excavation construction above the tunnel excavation construction. For finite element analysis of the selection of model parameters, the adoption of iterative method, the relationship between constitutive model, interface, and load boundary setting are discussed, verify the feasibility, simulate and analyze the whole structure of the deformation trend, forecast the short-term deformation, analyze the condition of deformation and get the corresponding control measures.(3) We can monitor the whole emergency work about deformation. First, we should determine the plan of monitoring, namely, to determine the monitoring contents, monitoring items, monitoring methods, security identification method and monitoring points layout. By adopting the combination of automatic monitoring and artificial monitoring method, we can monitor the research objection with the real-time dynamic monitoring, data gathering and analysis. And it can provide some guidance and reference to monitor and control the tunnel of subway with the similar structure of deformation.(4) Nondestructive damage detection was carried out on tunnel structure with double line. According to the result of disease detection and the situation of structural deformation, we can put forward the corresponding control measures, the best method, and the comprehensive control. We can also use it to eliminate hidden dangers and guarantee the security of this tunnel from secondary accidents.The engineering monitoring, analysis, inspection and management measures which we adopted ensure the safety of construction in operating subway tunnel; and it has significance reference and guide to the similar projects.
