Georobot has been used increasingly in deformation monitoring of operating metro,a line section of metro has two adjacent approaches.South line was outage because of the occurrence of danger,northern line is normal operation.This paper used superior performance of measuring robot,with the help second development platform interface technology,ensure the normal operation of the northern line.The studies of this paper as follows:(1)Analyzed on the seepage reason of the south line,and northern line influenced of its emergency construction.Formulated the deformation monitoring program of the northern line under design regulations specification as a reference,confirmed its monitoring,range,content,warning value,etc.According to the operator cross-sectional characteristics,designed cross-sectional layout mode and monitoring.(2)Used TCA2003 Georobot with the help of the second development platform interface technology GeoCOM for automatic monitoring data acquisition.The collected data is transmitted through GPRSDTU.Used Visual Basic 6.0 as programming environment,to design online control Georobot to complete automatic deformation monitoring work.Used communication cable connection Georobot and GPRS DTU,realized the serial connection between the two.(3)Data measured by polar coordinate method for Georobot,used multiple difference processing technology for data processing.Introduced back propagation neural network and its network learning process,and design the network architecture,write programs to achieve the prediction of deformation.Analysis the crown settlement,vertical convergence,transverse convergence and track settlement difference of the operating metro tunnel each monitoring section,get emergency construction process,the deformation of operating metro tunnel structure.Concluded that detection of the northern line metro tunnel project did not exceed the alarm value,with the less the deformation,indicating that the south side of metro tunnel construction in the rescue process,achieve project information construction,running north of the subway tunnel structure and stability.Used BP neural network prediction model for monitoring data topredict and analyze anastomosis of the predicted values and the measured values,and has high prediction precision.
