This paper propose a new kind of emergency drinking water treatment equipment,which is portable,quickly transferable to disaster area,and applicable to different water sources.The main contents of this paper are study on pilot scale test,equipment development and trial operation research.(1)Study on Pilot Scale TestAt present,the domestic and international drinking water emergency treatment equipment adopts the technical route of "ultrafiltration + reverse osmosis treatment" as the core.However,the water supply of the membrane process is small,and the adaptability to the high turbidity water source is poor,although the water quality can be obtained,the membrane fouling problem is often difficult to solve.In view of the above problems,a pilot test equipment is developed,which is the core technology of hydrocyclone and two-stage filtration.The purpose of the pilot test is to study the optimal treatment effect,the maximum processing capacity and the optimal operating parameters of the equipment for the xiaoqing river(Ji'nan section)and the high turbid water.The results showed that the raw water CODMn,turbidity and ammonia nitrogen were 4.3~ 4.8mg / L,30 ~ 33 NTU and 0.8 ~ 1.1mg / L,respectively.The removal rate of CODMn,turbidity and ammonia nitrogen in raw water was 52%,96% and 54% respectively.The effluent CODMn,turbidity and ammonia nitrogen could reach 2.3mg / L,2NTU and 0.4mg / L respectively.The removal rate of turbidity was 15% ~ 45%,78%,respectively.The turbidity of the water turbines was 100 ~ 500 NTU,the hydrocyclones,the first stage filter tank and the secondary filter tank were 15%~45%?78%~95% and 36%~71%.With the increase of turbidity in raw water,the hydrocyclone has higher removal rate of turbidity.The results show that the pilot test process can effectively remove the suspended pollutants in the water with highturbidity(turbidity of 100 ~ 500NTU),the total removal rate of turbidity is 99%,and the turbidity of the equipment is below 2.27 NTU.(2)Equipment DevelopmentOn the basis of the pilot test,the water purification process was designed,and the water purification process was adopted in the equipment.The inner diameter of the cylinder body of the hydrocyclone is 200 mm.The 3 groups of tanks are respectively composed of a primary filter,a two stage filtration and a composite adsorption,wherein each group is connected in parallel by 2 tanks.Tank diameter D=1m,length H=1.8m.A canister filled with particle size of1.2~2mm refined anthracite,two stage filtration cans filled with particle size of 0.8~1.2mm refined anthracite,cans filled with composite composite adsorption by activated carbon adsorption materials and porous inorganic adsorbents according to the mass ratio of 3:1assembly.The equipment by adding potassium monopersulfate compound salt disinfection method.The carrying chassis uses the 8 × 8 full-drive off-road chassis,the car length * width *height is 11.8 m * 2.5 m * 3.4 m,which is produced by China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Co.,Ltd.The carrying chassis installs the water purification shelter,including water abstraction device,water purification process equipment,independent power generation devices and automatic control system control cabinet.Equipment uses the water purification process of "dosing coagulation + hydrocyclone + double-stage filter + composite adsorption",and select 15 kW diesel generator as an independent power generation device.The equipment adopts advanced automatic control technology and on-line monitoring technology to improve the management level of emergency treatment equipment.(3)Trial Operation ResearchAfter the completion of the emergency treatment of drinking water equipment,Ji'nan Baiyun Lake water was used as raw water for a one month commissioning and commissioning test.Trial operation test of the emergency treatment equipment of drinking water: water injection temperature of the equipment is 23 ~ 34 ?,turbidity is 104 ~ 145 NTU,CODMn is8.1 ~ 9.97 mg / L,ammonia nitrogen is 0.152 ~ 0.218 mg / L,nitrite nitrogen is 0.013~0.034 mg / L,0.025 to 0.14 cm-1 for UV254,and 0.034 to 0.055 cm-1 for UV410.The water quality of the equipment is stable,the indicators are in line with the national "drinking water healthstandards"(GB5749-2006)106 water quality standards after detection.The removal rates of turbidity,CODMn,ammonia nitrogen,nitrite nitrogen,UV254,and UV410 were 99%,70%,55%,59%,25% and 85% respectively.In this paper,the cost of drinking water emergency treatment equipment production of about 187.5 million,the use of municipal power supply equipment operating costs of 0.52 yuan / m3,and the use of independent power generation equipment operating costs 0.79 yuan /m3,the localization rate of equipment is about 96%.
