But in real life,The research mostly concentrated in large and medium cities, small cities less research on this subject,But the development of small cities also need to develop public transportation to support the urban development in the future.In this paper, in view of the small city theory-oriented research, main research from several aspects as follows:First,This paper analyzes the characteristics of small cities system, from the city's definition, and then analyzes the characteristics of the small city, including population scale, economic diversity, space layout and the historical humanities natural conditions.The transportation system studied according to the characteristics of the small city, including the urban roads and little urban residents travel characteristics, and last, Focus on the studying about small operations in the public transport and urban planning are discussed in this paper.Second, Line planning of the small city are studied in this paper, expounds the research significance and principles of small city line planning, and then according to the characteristics of small cities and small city optimal model of the target and the affected factors in the process of route planning, according to these factors determine the constraints, thus established the shortest travel time based on user and enterprise benefit is the best route optimization model, according to the line network optimization adjustment by some objective conditions, so as to get the final small city line network optimization.Third, in this paper, considering the route optimization of how to evaluate its effect, small city theory-oriented and fuzzy evaluation system is established, in view of the small cities to optimize the bus network density, coefficient of bus lines to repeat, bus lines of linear coefficient and transit site coverage four index level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established on theory-oriented and comprehensive evaluation.Finally, according to the line optimization model of optimize the Qi Yang bus lines, then according to the established fuzzy evaluation model to evaluate the optimized network.Through the actual case of application, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation result of bus network optimization model is has certain actual application value.
