As domestic design level of ascension and the improvement of construction technology, some high, the increasing of large span structures, high formwork set-up technology because of its simple, short construction period, good overall stability, low cost, etc is the preferable frame body template support of the project. Due to the high model belongs to the set-up of a temporary structure, in the past years it has been ignored by the construction personnel safety. Template brace buckling collapse occurs frequently in concrete pouring construction period, construction live load variation is opposite bigger, the concrete path of different support bar of aircraft body and the internal force of different parts, the most unfavorable load combinations to be thoughtless, erection of structural measures and not reached the requirements of specification, and other construction period will cause instability and failure of it. We should cause enough attention to these factors, or it will greatly increase the high modulus system in the construction of the safety accident occurs. So for fastener type high formwork instability problem of research, to guarantee and improve the safety of the template support system has important practical significance, and has certain reference function to the engineering field, rich in the research field of practical engineering significance.Based on the literature reading and participate in the high mode on the basis of the actual construction site erection, mainly finished the following work:1, based on high modulus of safety accidents in China in recent years, on the basis of the comprehensive factors of various aspects analyzes the main cause of the accident, and put forward the current in the practical construction site erection of high formwork body some engineering problems.2, analyses the study of high mould design and calculation theory for both at home and abroad, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of these theories and use range. Also aiming at the shortage of the new specification put forward some personal views and analyzes the causes of these problems, for further analysis on the stability of a high modulus have important engineering practical value. Mainly the following aspects: high formwork problems existing in the design and calculation, the construction measures of the horizontal load is not involved, not considering the pulsation of pumping produced when impact vibration to the detriment of the supporting system, not considering the pouring of concrete path to the influence of the frame body.3, using SAP2000 structure engineering model, by changing the parameters of different situation to discuss high stability bearing capacity of the frame body. Main change parameter is: the vertical horizontal longitudinal bracing, horizontal reinforcing bracing set-up way, sweep the floor, sweep the floor bar set-up structure factors such as height, frame body build-up height on its bearing capacity under different conditions. Frame body under the non-structural factors is analyzed and different pouring concrete path effect on the bearing on the stability of the frame body.4, through to the fastener type steel tube high formwork engineering case analysis, key control areas of high formwork body and the calculation and analysis, summarizes the die set quality assurance safety measures in the actual construction, for the fastener type high formwork construction in the engineering practice of use have great significance in guiding.
