The Space Creation And The Regional Culture Expression Of Zhu Yuan Reception In Meishan Culture Pack

With the rapid development of economy and far more similarity of design forms in recent years, local people are becoming numb comparing with advantaged foreign cultures. Their design is becoming common and the regional characters are gradually lost. Under this background, some designers are desired to voice their opinion of paying attention to the regional architectures. Based on the regional characters and local culture, this dissertation.n this paper,being established in regional and local culture,with exploring the influence of Meishan’s culture on architecture and environment in Meishan, through the lens of experience, combined with materials and natural elements to create rich and poetic architecture and place, developing the regionally characteristics construction, making the traditional culture shining.After reviewing the literature and doing some research, I found that, in recent years, The buildings in Meishan is developing quickly, while there are some problems, for example, building’s speed is too fast, the type of buildings are homogenization, architectural style is disjointed with the local culture, and the building is over pursuit building’s form. In the view of this, with the local culture and people’s feelings as a starting point, the paper is summarized the design factors with fully comparative analysis that most people identify with and explored the most livable environment.Chapter one:The reasons why this topic was selected, the study methods, the relative concepts and the whole structure of the paper are state in this chapter.Chapter two:How the ZhuYuan reception buildings were influenced by MeiShan Garden in the natural environment and humane environment is stated.Chapter three:The design elements of ZhuYuan reception buildings are analyzed. These design elements are divided into plane layout, landscape factors and the psychological interaction between human and reception buildings which are corresponding to the MeiShan region. The local plane layout and landscape characters are summarized.Chapter four:The design methods of space are mainly introduced by lateral and parallel. The lateral are divided into the comparing of space structure pattern, the deduce of natural structure, the use of material the expression of color and some other aspects. Then these aspects are expanded. Their own characteristics and unique vocabulary are discussed.Chapter five:Combined with graduate design of the author, all these design elements are applied to construct the space cultural environment in MeiShan Cultural Garden. Finally, the methods to combine the traditional MeiShan culture with modern design are discussed.
