Research On The Investigation And Planning Of Country Park In Beijing

In recent years,Beijing has placed great importance on Country Park's construction and development.As a newly developing city park type,not only is it responded to public mounting demand for recreation,but also helps to promote urban development and the environment coexist harmoniously.At present there are less research on Country Park in China and most of the research are mainly focus on Ecology,Tourism Management,Botany etc.Only limited numbers of studies are carrying out from a practical point,so it doesn't do a lot to confront the existing problems while design or build a Country Park.The main subject of this research is Country Park in Beijing.It starts from the research purpose and significance,as well as the research status at home and abroad.Summarized the concept function and history of Country Park through documentary research and case study,defined the concept of Country Park in China and divided the functions of Country Parks into two categories.Also,divide the history of Beijing Country Park development into five different periods.Combined with field research and other practical methods discussed the Beijing Country Park's overall construction and development status,functional characteristics,design principles,advantages and disadvantages.Proposed solutions against the shortcomings.Finally,combine theory with actual project practice to discuss the planning and design of the Country Park in Beijing in the hope of helping its future development.
