| Chinese building energy consumption accounts for 28% of total energy consumption by 2014.The heating energy consumption of per building area in northern china was twice those of developed countries.More than 2 billion square meters’ new construction was constructed every year.Chinese building energy consumption is expected to reach 108.9 billion tons standard by 2020.The most direct and effective way to reduce building energy consumption is to use energy-saving building insulation materials.On the other hand,a total of 26 million tons of textile waste was producedby 2011,which comprehensive utilization rate wasless than 10%,most of the waste fiber was landfill or burned,itwill easily causeserious environmental pollution and burdens.Waste concrete walls are usually prepared at home and abroad but rarely using waste fiber toproduce light insulation board.In this article,waste fiber reinforced polyurethane insulation board was prepared which has excellent light weight,environmental protection,thermal insulation properties,flame retardant characteristics.First,we used waste fiber as a reinforcing material,polyurethane as based material,and AC blowing agent and ammonium polyphosphate APP inorganic phosphate flame retardants were joined.Waste fiber reinforced polyurethane insulation board wasprepared by twin roll mixing-thermoforming.In orthogonal test,select hot pressing pressure,pressing temperature,fiber content,blowing agent content,flame retardant content for process parameters,optimizing technological parameter by consider insulation properties,flame retardant and mechanical properties.Range analysisand variance analysis showed that fiber content and pressing temperature are the main factors affect insulation and flame retardant properties of the insulation board.Single-factor experiment was added todetermine and optimize parameter of fiber content.Based on considering the insulation board insulation properties,flame retardant and mechanical properties,the final optimization of waste fiber reinforced polyurethane insulation board process parameters is pressing temperature 180℃,hot pressure 7MPA,foaming agent content 3%,the flame retardant content 15%,fibercontent 8%.The waste fiber-reinforced polyurethane insulation board which prepared under optimize condition showed tensile strength 2.642 MPA,bending strength 5.314 MPA,heat transfer coefficient 0.06W/(m 2 k),limiting oxygen index of 40.2%,the vertical combustion method rank fully meet flame retardant properties of V-0 level.Waste fiber reinforced polyurethane insulation boardhas good insulation effect and excellent flame retardant properties.We use the finite element analysis software ABAQUS to establish thetwo-dimensional steady-state heat conduction analysis model,simulate the whole thermal transfer process.Simulating heat loss was calculated by the steady-state cross section temperature distribution,compared it with the experimental data tovalidates the accuracy of numerical simulation. |
