| Waste paper fiber insulation material is a new building inorganic insulation product, and has the significantly advantage of low thermal conductivity, high fire rating, ease of construction operations.There are many existing problems of building thermal insulating materials. Organic insulating materials propose a good property in heat insulation but perform poor in flame resistance, while inorganic insulating materials are on the contrary. To meet the instant need of the revolution of thermal insulating material, we propose this study. This paper aims at developing the environment protecting and energy saving insulating materials by utilizing the superiority of waste paper fiber to overcome the disadvantage of traditional insulating materials. In this paper, expatiation and study on the basic performance of the waste paper fiber thermal insulation materials are as follows:(l)The basic performance of the waste paper fiber thermal insulation materials is introduced.(2) Using the method of orthogonal experiment, the law of thermal conductivity and bulk density transformed with the componential variety of the waste paper fiber thermal insulation materials were studied. Meanwhile, the first and secondary factors influenced the bulk density and thermal conductivity was pointed out.(3)Test the obtained thermal insulating material in accordance with national standards. The test result indicates that this thermal insulating material has reached the national standards of building thermal insulating materials. The main performance indicators are as followed:thermal conductivity reaches0.038W/(m-K), bulk density is46.4kg/m3, flame retardant property meet the B degree.The utilization of the waste paper fiber thermal insulation materials to the sustaining use of resources and promotes the protection of the environment. The achievement of the study on this material is of great significance. |
