Water turbine governor is an important part of hydraulic generator,can be said to be a core part of hydraulic turbine.Its performance,control precision and other factors directly affect the turbine working state,thus affecting the quality of electric energy,the water turbine governing system is the premise of security and stability operation of water turbine,part of control strategy of turbine governor is hydraulic generator control strategy with modern control technology,power electronics technology,automation technology and application have been born,and tends to rapid development of electronic devices,turbine speed technology has been developed rapidly,which experienced by a single to complex,from mechanization to electrification development,so the degree of automation is more and more high,for the medium and small hydraulic turbine governor for hydraulic turbine regulating systems The performance of speed control system is too simple,anti breakdown ability difference,in order to solve this problem,we carry out a redundant technology.This technology is a practical new technology,in many,small hydroelectric power station application.Comprehensively in this paper systematic introduced current situation and development trend of hydraulic generator in the hydro turbine governing system,system of turbine and generator system structure,composition and principle and control strategy are analyzed and simulated,electro hydraulic control redundancy technology and simulation,based on 32 bit DSP microcomputer speed controller soft,hardware design.Focuses on the control strategy and modeling simulation of hydro turbine governing system,electro-hydraulic control system redundancy technique(mainly for abnormal sensor and valve jam)and its simulation.At the same time,the hardware structure of hydraulic turbine governor,to complete the design of hydraulic turbine governor system hardware,DSP chip control chip TMS320F2812 as the microcomputer control system in hydroelectric generator in hydraulic machine control chip,make full use of interface full system DSP chip rich,with the peripheral interface circuit of each module in Altium Designer system software design for software control design of hydraulic turbine governing system,make full use of DSP chip universal input / output multiplexer GPIO,CPU timer,X2812 interrupt system,event manager EV and DAC ADC module to complete each module of hydraulic turbine regulating system programming.Finally,this paper introduces the prototype system based on the design and the prototype system to complete the hardware testing and software testing,test results show that,the design based on DSP hydraulic turbine speed controller and redundancy technology and improve the anti-interference ability and reliability of the system,ensure the hydraulic power unit in the actual reliable,stable operation.
