At present,hydropower accounts for about 20% of the total power generation in China,The hydraulic turbine governor system is one of the most important control systems of the hydraulic turbine generator unit,which has the characteristics of non-minimum phase,nonlinearity and time-varying.In view of the characteristics of hydraulic turbine governor system,this paper has carried on the research and development of small hydraulic turbine governor system comprehensive experimental platform.The experimental platform can not only study the characteristics and possible problems of the hydraulic turbine governor system during operation,but also provide a platform for the students to study the hydraulic turbine governor system.This paper mainly completed the following work:Firstly,this paper presents an electro-hydraulic servo system suitable for the small hydraulic turbine governor system.The electro-hydraulic servo system is mainly composed of hydraulic standard components,the use of electromagnetic valve control to replace the traditional servo valve or proportional valve control,and has the characteristics of simple structure,reliable operation,low price,strong anti-pollution and so on.Secondly,a set of PLC control system is designed for the comprehensive experimental platform of small hydraulic turbine governor system.The PLC control system adopts the Siemens S7-200 series PLC,which has the features of powerful,simple programming,high reliability,versatility,and flexible expansion.The hardware design and software design of the PLC control system are discussed in detail.and experimental verification.Finally,dSPACE real-time simulation system and integrated measuring device are introduced in detail.Based on dSPACE real-time simulation system,the model of hydraulic turbine generator unit is established,and the small hydraulic turbine governor system comprehensive experimental platform is set up.Taking small hydraulic turbine governor system as an example,the structure and design of the remote monitoring system are discussed.
