| Automobile collision safety problem has been existed since its birth.In the early stage,because of the high price,low speed,low ownership and so on,people pay less attention to it.With the increasing amount of car ownership,the continuous improvement of road traffic facilities and vehicle speed,the car crash safety has become one of the three major research topics.Countries all over the world put a lot of manpower,material resources and financial resources in the car crash safety research.Traffic accident statistics at home and abroad show that the steering column is the main component of the driver's injury caused by the collision between the front and the offset,and the energy absorbing steering column can effectively reduce the damage.This paper first describes the energy absorbing steering column at home and abroad research status,and introduces the working principle and design theory and method;study the energy absorbing steering column part of the key technology;comparative analysis of the energy absorbing steering column of each module different energy absorbing structure and energy absorption ability of the collision effect caused by the impact;finally,the influence of two kinds of energy absorbing steering column on automobile collision is analyzed and compared.In this paper,the XX company CF001 model as a platform for the design and manufacture of energy absorbing steering column in order to achieve the C-NCAP five-star rating.By using the CAE method,the experience method,the experiment method and so on the design theory and the method to the energy absorption type steering column part key components and parts to carry on the research,The final design of the GB11557-2011 and C-NCAP to meet the requirements of the five star of the energy absorbing steering column products.This shows that the CF001 model design and manufacturing energy absorbing steering column in the car collision,the protective effect of drivers to reach a higher level. |
