With the rapid development of economy and the urbanization process, The public and government pay the more and more attention to our country's construction of urban green space system. In recent years, urban flood disasters happened frequently, people began to pay more attention to think urban green space for urban disaster prevention function.In November 2014, the Sponge City System(SCS)—Low Impact Development(LID) system was proposed based on foreign practical experience and our national conditions as well to explore healthy development pattern for the city. LID differs from traditional stormwater management system on construction goals, carriers and techniques. Urban Green Space System(UGSS), as an important carrier and main basis of SCS, will get higher requirement from SCS planning results in return. Although they direct mutually in the process of planning, SCS and UGSS still have differences in structure layout. UGSS plays a supporting role in SCS and urban green space of different types functions differently. Under guidance of SCS, UGSS should be controlled reasonably in construction direction and strength. Keeping rational recognition of SCS, as prerequisite of co-adaption between city development and natural hydrology and avoidane of its blind development, promotes sustainable development of human habitats consequently, especially amidst of over-active exploring SCS construction.Taking Green System of Hongya Center City for the study, based on the existing remote sensing images, field research and other information on the status, Using GIS software tools to anlysis green zones situation through its structure, index system, the construction of the form, hydrogeological. Combined with the eco-city, sponges, urban construction concept and the current issues of Hongya Center City, then put forward Hongya County Center city green system optimization and green concrete form construction, to build a "sponge Hongya" proposed development proposals.The main value of this paper are following main points:(1) Proposed as an urban green space green depending on the rate index to improving the urban green space indicators. At present, China mainly choose urban green indicator per capita green, green rate of green coverage and other indicators to investigation, have not take the green indicators for human feel into consideration. we propose that taking the rate index as a factor of green space construction.(2) Proposed urban green space layout through the city water system and geological structure. Hongya has rich water resourcesd and complex geological structure. The construction of urban green space system is not fully integrated with the city water system and geological formation. In this paper, We used GIS to analysis the geological formation and urban water system, drawing appropriate Hongya County Center City Green Space layout structure. Through the city water system and geological structure analysis to determine which areas are suit for water park construction, which is suitable for building regional ecological recreation park, Providing an important basis for Hongya County Center and Urban Green Space Structure Space Layout of Ecological Safety Town.(3) Proposed specific Hongya County Urban Green Space Construction form. In this paper, combined with the current situation of urban green space construction, made appropriate concrete construction forms of urban green spaces. With emphasis on green parks, roads affiliated greenbelt, residential and commercial subsidiary made green building requirements to fit Hongya sponge urban construction and to build a livable and ecological city.
