Airworthiness directive is in the aircraft model is qualified after the examination and approval, by the operation of aircraft airworthiness authorities a mandatory safety management methods of management. In China’s civil aviation industry, airworthiness directives are issued by the civil aviation administration of China to one of the main safety management work.Aircraft engine is an important part of the aircraft, in order to ensure flight safety, when no longer meet the requirements of airworthiness, aircraft engine at all levels must be carried out in the unit cell separation and attachment, in the depot for repair. In the whole process of maintenance, airworthiness directives and elaborates on the maintenance mode of service announcements, is the core of all work. In order to more efficient in the process of aircraft engine maintenance more accurately recorded, regulatory, traceability, analysis the performance of the airworthiness directives aimed at the various stages of engine maintenance state, how to build a airworthiness directives as a standard, dynamic engine testing and maintenance system, it is the main idea of this document.This document introduced the application of system, which is based on the actual results of aeroengine maintenance enterprises, through the actual user perspective, combined with the user requirements and past experience of foreign counterparts, first of all system requirements analysis, formulate the corresponding profile design, again on the composition of each function module, detailed design and development work. Function module mainly includes: airworthiness directives of master data maintenance process management, process management, monitoring of the instruction execution trace, to comply with airworthiness authorities management reports, and the background management system itself. In the detailed design, according to functional overview, design of database objects, the key technologies used, and the specific technical implementation way. Finally, the system functional testing and performance analysis.After completing the final functional test and performance analysis, the build system should have the following service ability:meet some aircraft engine enterprise around 150 online users concurrent load capacity; Through the information system of aircraft engine maintenance process specification, prompted standardization work content of each link of the whole process; Airworthiness directives execution in the business process to realize the dynamic query, maintenance process traceability, real-time report output.
