In this paper,Circular-Rings Desilting and Sediment Ejection Basin is a new secondary sediment processing buildings.The article uses theoretical analysis combined model test method initially proposed a formula for calculating the diameter of the center were ring and the settling basin. The formula to validate the measured data through the Aweitan Circular-Rings Desilting and Sediment Ejection Basin model. The results show that the measured and calculated data agree well.Based on the operating principle of the Circular-Rings Desilting and Sediment Ejection Basin depth study analyzes the relationship between the size of the structure, in the form of sediment movement, handling sediment particle size range. According to a feature of sediment movement velocity derived formulas the center were ring diameter of dealing with different particle size d90 sediment control at different flow rates and at different guaranteed minimum flow control 100% of the sediment particle sedimentation settling basin circle ring diameter formula; Based on the Circular-Rings Desilting and Sediment Ejection Basin model structural analysis on the proposed central water ring weirs and inverted cone bottom slope structural optimization using 3dmax drawing software for after optimization before and optimized structural comparative analysis and to make recommendations on the construction and operation management. In order to improve the shortage of the uneven distribution of flow velocity in the circular-ring desilting and sediment ejection basin, using physical model experimental study on the center were ring.The experiment was carried out on the center were ring structure optimization: Under the condition of constant guarantee ring maximum height of weir,Test will ring weir exports changed from flat mouth to curve type 1 and type 2,In three kinds of flow conditions(2 m3/s、3 m3/s、4 m3/s) measuring overflow weir outlet velocity. The test results show that:type curve center were ring than flat mouth center were ring can make the overflow dam line nearly velocity overall decline and more uniform. From curve type 1 and type 2 maximum, minimum and average flow velocity contrast analysis found that the curve type 2 on circular-ring desilting and sediment ejection basin falling velocity is more apparent, curve type 2 is better than that of curve type curve were ring type center. Test to study circular-ring desilting and sediment ejection basin under different flow to the design of the center were ring has a certain reference value.
