The Research Of Traffic Congestion Dispersal On Business Circle Ring

In recent years,with the further speeding up of urbanization,all aspects of society and economy have got the fast development.As the important support of the city's economic development,commercial districts are also in a state of sustained and rapid development.The sustainable development of business circles is bound to result in more complicated and increasing traffic flows than before,which will lead to more serious traffic pressure to road networks of business circles.The traffic is an essential factor of development of business circles,but traffic congestion will severely impose restrictions on the development of business circles.Business circle ring,as a primary road of traffic flow evacuation in business circles,plays an important role of decreasing the demand of through traffic,distributing in and out traffic flows and evacuating central traffic flows.However,due to the restrictions of traffic capacity in business circles,a lack of static traffic facilities,the backward of managements and the large number of traffic demand in business circles,business circle ring has now became a serious district of traffic congestion.The dissertation tends to construct a set of theoretical system and methods from the characteristics of the distribution of traffic congestion and the traffic identification methods in order to provide theoretical basis for easing the traffic congestion of business circle ring,improving the traffic efficiency and verifying the feasibility of methods mentioned above.Starting with the concept and features of business circles,the paper firstly analyzes the traffic organization,traffic characteristics,including their advantages and disadvantages.Secondly,the paper bases on the time-space characteristics of business circles,make a conclusion of the reason why there is always traffic congestion in the business circle road network from general and special aspects.Then,the paper selects the evaluation index of business circles and its surrounding sections and intersections to construct the traffic conditions evaluation system about business circle network status and identify four kinds of traffic status in business circles.The next,based on the identification of business circles and its surrounding network status,the paper use the method of the shortest path node distribution to ease business circles traffic congestion.Moreover,in order to avoid traffic jam which is caused by the heavy influence of distributing traffic to the replacement of surrounding road network,the paper use robust optimization to optimize the node control of surrounding road network.Finally,taking Nanping business circle ring as an example to ease traffic congestion,improve traffic efficiency and prove the feasibility of method mentioned in the paper.
