Otherwise, the operation, maintenance and management of the future will cause great difficulties.Sediment has been more prominent problem of water supply pumping stations along the Yellow River。This paper combines the pumping station sediment characteristics, sediment pumping station, sediment pumping station hazards, control measures, focusing on water supply pumping stations along the Yellow River on a periodic flushing desilting basin optimization design study.The periodic flushing desilting basin is a hydraulic scouring basin, for the settlement of sediment-laden flow greater than the design sedimentation particle size of suspended sediment, reduce the pump sediment concentration of buildings.The paper is to optimize the design of water supply pumping stations along the Yellow River sediment characteristics and regularly scouring basin, the main contents are:1.The paper discussed the the traditional sediment model calculations and the design method of settling basin. Sediment concentration and its particle size distribution into the basin,sediment deposition calculations,the flood season density current desilting calculated,sediment flushing calculated. The main the traditional flushing desilting basin design content:the desilting basin size layout and size of the design, structure design, operational design.2. The program in the desilting basin calculation in Xue Jia Ping irrigation engineering,Liulin County,Shanxi Province can be achieved under various conditions,sediment different periods,different cisternal segment of the Sedimentation rates and sediment thickness calculation, it optimizes the calculation of the desilting basin.The current program design is not intelligent enough,and settling calculated only for a particular project settling basin. Improvement and development of universal desilting basin computer program will be the direction of future efforts. |
