In the present vessel production process based on Tribon, the hull part information are recorded dispersedly in multiple files, and the processing information in 2 d design view are displayed in the form of word notes, which is not conducive to the observation of process information and is unfavorable of the inspection for designers. In order to ensure the part process to conform to the standards and improve the efficiency of calibration, the study on parts process information visualization calibration method is of great significance.Based on the application technology of parts process information visualization calibration, hull parts process information is analyzed first to establish the mapping relationship between parts production information and shape process information. Then, hull parts process information visualization calibration method is studied to determine the verification scheme of planar and local stereo process information. Finally, a hull part process information visualization calibration software system is developed in.NET.In this paper, the parts process research and software of information visualization calibration are carried out by means of object oriented programming language on the. NET environment of Windows forms application development platform, which solves the three key technologies:digital description of part information object definition, Windows forms in the research and development platform parts graphic design graphics drawing program, rendering three-dimensional motioned graphics local calibration groove with OpenGL.Under the development of visual calibration software by importing a segmented parts information database file and description parts graphics drawing exchange file, the files are parsed, and a number of parts processing technology property requirements formation data description objects are established. Through the parameter calculation and transformation, GDI+ image device interface and the professional 3 d graphics program interface OpenGL, the preview figure drawing part is finished, and can provide the display of the basic information of the parts, which is convenient for the designers to view all the basic information, appearance size information and information processing technology of the CNC section parts nesting under this software, and provides a convenient and perfect operation platform, which can improve the calibration efficiency and improve the level of automation design and production process of hull parts.
