| With the popularity of environmentalism and the encouragement and support of the national policies, solar water heating system, as a green new energy, is becoming widely accepted. However, solar water heating system is developing massively, while the missing of operation data, backwardness of measurement monitoring technology, insufficient of engineering control and disunity of performance evaluation become more and more troublesome. Meanwhile, the conventional design procedures of computer monitor system can no longer satisfy its development. For not only the update and the transplant of system are inconvenient, but also the instantaneity, stability, and safety can not meet the requirements. The generation and application of OPC (OLE for Process Control) completely revolutionized this status yet. The unified and standardized concepts make the system more open, connected and interoperable, which realizes the convenient data exchange among the heterogeneous networks for system integration.In this context, studying OPC specification and COM/DC OM distributed component technology, developing a set of OPC-communication-technique-based and with both on-site supervision and remote central supervision solar water heating remote monitoring system is in urgent need, which realizes the data collection, detection, fault alarm analysis and data statistic analysis, settles the problem of’information island’ caused by the wide distribution of hot water project and the difficulty of data share with other platform.First, the OPC standardized communication technology in automation control is discussed here, the mechanism between COM component and object model, COM object interface and OPC communication is analyzed specifically; second, set the remote monitoring of solar water heating system as the concrete object, a OPC-technology-based framework design and communication solution of the whole system is proposed after the full understanding of the control and monitoring requirements of the solar water heating system, where the system is divided into on-site supervision system and remote monitoring center system; then, the hardware selection and the corresponding function realization of each component are completed, and the detailed design and development of the remote monitoring center software system is realized. And the realization process is elaborated where the interaction of multi-site CP243-1 ethernet communication module and data center OPC communication module exists.Finally, the software system is carried out a functional test; a test example for typical function module is designed; the reliability of the remote data transmission is studied with stress; and the application of the system in a student dormitory is introduced. And the practical application proves that the system is of reliable performance, satisfying expandability and can meet the practical need well. |
