Abstract/Summary:
Solar water heaters have been increasingly popular in recent years as a result of the country’s strong support for the new energy industry and the ongoing improvement of public awareness of environmental protection.However,traditional solar water heater control systems often have defects such as single function,low degree of networking and insufficient intelligence.Aiming at the above problems,based on Internet of Things technology and a data mining method,this study develops a solar water heater intelligent control system.The following are the paper’s key research findings:(1)The development status and trend of solar water heaters and their control systems are expounded.By analyzing the defects of traditional solar water heater control systems,combined with the current market demand,the system’s overall design plan is presented,as well as the structure and functioning principle of the system.(2)The hardware and software designs for the system have been completed.The overall hardware architecture is developed,the circuit design of the sensor module,relay control module,communication module,and power supply module of the system is completed,and the matching hardware platform is built with the STM32F103 main controller as the core.The modular design idea is adopted to complete the preparation of the system software program,ensuring the stable and reliable operation of each functional module.(3)Based on the MCGS configuration software,a local monitoring platform is designed for the system,and the Modbus communication protocol is used to transmit data to the main controller,realizing the local monitoring of the operation status of the solar water heater by the user.(4)In order to further improve the degree of networking of the system,the Internet of Things technology is combined with the solar water heater control system,after that,a platform for remote monitoring is created.First,the system’s mobile phone remote monitoring software is built on the Internet of Things cloud platform,which realizes the function of real-time monitoring.Secondly,the PC-side monitoring software is designed in the Qt development environment,which further improves the remote monitoring method of the system.Finally,the remote monitoring platform is tested.The results show that the user can quickly and stably complete the monitoring and control of the real-time operating status of the solar water heater through the platform.(5)The design and implementation of intelligent mode.The Cart algorithm is used to analyze the obtained user usage data,build a prediction model,and use this to predict the user’s water demand.The controller’s parameters are automatically adjusted based on the predicted result to achieve intelligent system control.Finally,the intelligent and traditional modes are contrasted and studied to illustrate the intelligent mode’s superiority and improve the user experience.
