Air data computer, it is a kind of airborne integrated measurement system of multiple input multiple output,. By airborne sensors to obtain a small amount of the original sensor information, such as atmospheric pressure, dynamic pressure, the plane Angle of attack, total temperature and other data to calculate the parameters related to atmospheric data, such as aircraft flying height, height, lifting speed, true airspeed deviation, indicated airspeed, Mach number, total temperature, static pressure, real atmospheric static temperature, the real Angle of attack and sideslip Angle, etc., to cockpit display, such as flight control and navigation airborne systems. [1].Compared with manned aircraft drone has low cost, strong maneuverability, the advantages of strong survival ability, in both military and civilian has important application value. The plane flew by relying on air, so accurate collection of atmospheric data is the key to ensure the normal flight. In modern and future high-tech battlefield, on the basis of meet the reliability and stability of uav airborne equipment is more and more toward miniaturization, low cost and low power consumption direction, and at present some traditional air data computer in weight, volume, precision, and power consumption is more and more difficult to meet the requirements of unmanned aerial vehicle (uav) for its.According to unmanned aerial vehicle (uav) for air data computer miniaturization, strong anti-interference ability and high precision demand characteristics, this paper introduces and designs a kind of based on the digital output of MEMS sensor miniature air data computer realization method. System through digital air data sensing parameters of MEMS sensors to obtain the original, and then USES the temperature compensation, linear interpolation algorithm to solve the size of the plane's airspeed and altitude, temperature and size. Through the design of a rotating transformer on the basis of the principle of ?-? modulation demodulation method for solution of unmanned aerial vehicle (uav) weathercock Angle of attack and sideslip Angle size. The final system based on CAN and RS422 bus will more than double redundant port communication mode data output to the flight control computer and other airborne equipment.This paper first introduces the overall design principle of digital air data computer, the system structure, device selection and communication methods. Then respectively for the three module of air data computer hardware and software design of explanation, namely the atmospheric parameter data sampling and calculating system, Angle of attack and sideslip Angle system measurement module, based on CAN with double redundancy, RS422 bus communication system. Of ?-? based variable demodulation Angle sideslip Angle system is the key and difficult point for the air data computer, in order to satisfy the unmanned aerial vehicle (uav) stroke scale Angle of sideslip Angle sensor to rotate variable measurement requirement of high precision, good stability and fast response characteristics, this paper designed a rotating transformer based on the technology of ?-? modulation demodulation scheme of Angle of attack and sideslip Angle measurement, through the adoption of ?-? oversampling technology combining with digital sampling filter method to solve the general rotating transformer shaft Angle transform demodulation chip dedicated demodulation results low accuracy, slow speed, effectively improve the measurement precision of the system as a whole and efficiency. Finally through the air data computer test contrast each system module, test results show that the system has high precision, stable and reliable can meet the design requirements of the unmanned aerial vehicle (uav), the equipment has to make a prototype and now in the trial stage.
