Air data computer is a system using various sensors on the aircraft to collect the original data such as air static pressure,air dynamic pressure,and total temperature,to calculate air pressure altitude,air speed,and lifting speed and so on,and to transmit these data.The real-time measurement and transmission of these air data is of great significance to the control and flight of the unmanned rotorcraft.The air data measurement technology for small-scale unmanned rotorcraft in China has certain technical basis,but there are still a series of problems such as low measurement accuracy,poor real-time data,and insufficient anti-interference ability,which has a certain technical gap with developed countries,and cannot meet the control requirements of unmanned rotorcraft.In this paper,a small air data computer based on digital MEMS sensor and TMS320F28335 chip is designed by specifically analyzing the flight characteristics and control requirements of the unmanned rotorcraft.The measurement system collects the original air parameters around the unmanned gyroplane through digital MEMS sensors,and then obtains pressure,temperature compensation,data filtering and other processing to obtain data such as air pressure altitude,temperature,flight speed,etc.It is then transmitted to the flight control system in real time via the RS-485 interface.The main research works of this thesis are as follows:(1)The background and development history of the air data computer are described with the research status at home and abroad,and then the function,composition and working principle of the air data computer are introduced in detail;(2)The design and analysis of the hardware and software of the air data computer are carried out,the selection of the device and the design of the circuit are described in detail,and an algorithm based on the sliding average filtering method is proposed for the flight characteristics of the self-made unmanned rotorcraft.This algorithm reduces the sampling error of the air data computer due to impulsive interference and reduces the volatility of the data output;(3)Carry out simulation test on the completed air data computer and load it on the unmanned rotorcraft for multiple flight test calibrations.Combine it with the simulation test results to study,analyze and correct the error of the measurement results,and improve the measurement accuracy of air data computer which has a certain theoretical guidance for the application of small air data computers on unmanned rotorcraft.
