With the improvement of people's quality of life, cars have become an indispensable part of people's lives. Vehicles in the form of the process will encounter many of the more complex road conditions, if the car can not judge the road conditions, it is easy to cause traffic accidents. Therefore, the differential speed measurement of the four-axle turning speed becomes an important research direction in the automobile industry.In the vehicle rotation control system, a sensor for detecting the relative position and the rotation angle of the rotation mechanism is an indispensable part. The rotary transformers are widely used in the servo system because of their strong structure, strong anti-interference ability, convenient maintenance and high reliability. However, the error of resolver is the main factor to control its accuracy. So the signal reading of rotary transformer becomes one of the most important research directions in vehicle rotation control.This paper developed a four- axis differential measuring device. In the course of development, software algorithms such as arc tangent method and angle observer method are studied to solve the rotor position information. At the same time, in order to solve the problem of hysteresis and noise in current demodulation methods, the idea of using software algorithm to modify is discussed. This paper realizes the experiment platform of signal processing of rotary transformer based on special chip. Finally, the simulation experiment shows that the rotary transformer can reflect the rotation position and angle of the servo motor well, and the signal processing value of the resolver can keep the same in a certain range.In this paper, in the process of resolving the signal reading method of the rotary transformer, the differential measuring method and the resolver are researched in the whole, and then a four-axis differential measuring device based on special chip is designed. After the design, the software of the device was designed and written. After the whole device is finished, the device is verified by experiment. At last, the whole paper is summarized.
