The Research On Fine Management Of Prefabricated Building Construction Based On BIM

In recent years, as China’s rapid economic development social resources are increasingl y scarce, China’s realestate industry is also shrinking, growing competition of construction enterprise, and labour costs higher and higher, The original extensive development mode has not suited to the development of the construction industry. Therefore, many enterprises begin to pay attention to fine management, and obtained a certain result, but they did not achieve the expected effect. The emergence of BIM technology injected new elements for the constructio n industry, powerful promoted the development of information technology, and provides accurate, real- time information for construction management support. Therefore proposed in this paper, the information ability of BIM technology is introduced into the fine management, establish a fine management mode based on BIM.In this article,first,expounds the research status of the fine management and BIM technology at home and abroad. And the fine construction management theory and BIM technology are discussed and analyzed in this paper. On this basis, analysis of the feasibility of BIM technology into the fine construction management, and proposed the concept of fine construction manageme nt based on BIM and Analysis of the advantages of BIM technology in the construction manageme nt. Subsequently, Take the prefabricated building as an example, to build a fine constructio n management system based on BIM which Including quality,cost, schedule and safety from four aspects, and on the four aspects has carried on the thorough analysis. In the conclusion part, summarizes the important content and creative point of this paper and reflect on the shortcomings of the paper, and prospects.Established in this paper, the fine construction management model based on BIM technology of prefabricated building,will help to strengthen the control of prefabricated building constructio n process, reduce the cost of construction, shorten the construction period and improve quality. As well as provides theoretical foundation for the BIM technology in the al-round development in China, and promote the development of industrialization of China’s construction industr y, information technology.
