The Research And Realization Of Public Bicycle System

In order to solve the traffic congestion, Reduce exhaust and noise pollution, the green public bikes have come into the public horizon gradually. However, it is still a new topic when we talk about the system of the public bike. As a new thing, we may encounter a lot of problems. How to construct a system that is stable, reliable and convenient becomes a new challenge. There is a lot of literature introducing how to use a system or showing the functions it owns, little aimed at how to design or develop a system, however.This paper introduces the present situation of the public bike system both inland and outland, the actual requirement of the system like the trade management, the card management, the bike management, the bike scheduling management and so on.Through observing and analyzing the existed systems' behaviors, the main business processes and dataflow have been found. Based on these results, we get a design and solution for the public bike system which gets benefit from the advanced information system developing experience.What's more, this paper also gives a way to develop one of the public bike systems based on Microsoft.Net Framework Platform and Oracle database, which has the core functions of the public bike system. In order to enhance the user experience,The system we developed has some modules based on the GIS, like the function of bike site locating, the function of real-time data searching and so on. This paper opens the mysterious veil of the public bike system and gives a detailed solution, and it also gives an example for other similar cases.
