Research And Analysis On Urban Public Bicycle System

Public bicycle travel is a kind of green transportation with low energy and low emission, It helps to reduce the pressure on urban traffic and environmental pollution,and construct a low-carbon city. It is significant in sustainable development of city traffic to analyze and evaluate the adaptability of city public bicycle system(PBS),and handle the problems of planning layout and operation management in PBS establishment.According to the traffic function of urban PBS, combining with the practical investigation of PBS in Ma’anshan, the using characteristics of PBS are analyzed, and the evaluation index system of urban PBS adaptability is established. It provides the basis for the priority development of city PBS at the provincial level or city level.In this paper, the classification of PBS rental points is typed, and the overall scale and different types of rental points scale in the PBS are calculated by demand analysis. Then the layout principle of PBS rental points is put forward, and the layout of PBS is planned. The location problem of rental points in PBS is solved by setting TOPSIS model.The PBS operation mode and operation scheme is analyzed in this paper, and the improvement measures of PBS scheduling problem existing in current cities. The PBS operation strategy is analyzed from the three main angles—government, enterprises and the PBS users.This paper takes Ma’anshan city as an example, the development strategy of Ma’anshan PBS is designed according to its own situation. The planning layout and operation management program of Ma’anshan PBS is determined.
