| The scenic area at high altitude mountain is vulnerable to lightning disasters. The frequency of the lightning activity at high altitude mountain scenic area is high and the visitors are widely distributed in open spaces which must increase the risk of lightning strike due to the geographical position, topography, surroundings of the complexity and variability. Because of the difficulty in evacuating the crowd, a great loss of life and personnel property will be brought, and indirectly lead to a huge loss of economy.Take Jinggangshan scenic tourist center buildings as example, the safety factors were confirmed by calculation and evaluation based on the-spot investigation, which might threaten people’s lives and property when lightning happened. The quantized factors could provide basis for risk assessment. In addition, the vulnerability zoning of the bearing body of the building group was also studied. A series of research can provide a reference for design and construction of lightning protection at high altitude construction group which can provide the premise to the reduction of lightning damage. In order to evaluate the lightning risk level of the buildings, the following aspects were studied in this paper: Firstly, the basic elements of lightning disaster risk assessment and the characteristics of lightning current were given and introduced the basic parameters briefly and the basic calculation formula and common size were also given in the paper. Secondly, combined thunderstorm day data at Ji’an with Jinggangshan city lightning location data in 2008~2012, spatial and temporal distribution characteristics and change rules were analyzed through statistical analysis. Finally, according to the characteristics of the case of the buildings, the relevant standards were combined with the existing research results of building different lightning risk zones of vulnerability analysis, and give the building vulnerability and reference values of lightning risk level by relevant calculation. Through this studies, the lightning risk zone of high altitude mountain building were gotten and at the same time, the high altitude areas of lightning risk assessment of the operation and applicability were also pointed out and put forward the method to decrease the lightning risk component. According to GB 50057-2010, several basic methods to protect buildings were provided.This paper provides guidance for lightning protection design and construction of buildings in high altitude mountain area. |
