The Study About Ecological Construction Of Resource-based Cities In Arid Area

A large number of resource-based cities are distributed in the arid area of China,these cities use their own resources in China’s economic construction period achieved a lot.But the increase of human activities and the rapid exploitation of resources have broken the balance of the natural ecosystem, and exposed a lot of ecological problems.Deteriorating ecosystem is a wake-up call for the sustainable development of resource-based cities.Under the background of global resources and ecological crisis, urban ecological construction has become an inevitable trend.This paper based on the theory of urban ecological construction as the foundation and the sustainable development theory as the foundation, with field research, qualitative and quantitative analysis method, through the case study of arid area resource-based City Jinchang, points out the ecological construction in progress and existing main problems and on this basis to solve the problem proposed construction of the path and development mode.This paper is divided into six parts.Relevant concepts and theoretical basis, Study on the current situation of ecological construction in Jinchang,The development and problems of ecological construction in Jinchang, Path exploration and model selection of ecological construction in Jinchang, The conclusion.The main contents and conclusions of the study are as follows:First, this paper expounds the background and necessity of the research, summarizes the current situation of the domestic and foreign related field by the method of literature review,and puts forward the objectives and methods of the study of ecological construction in Jinchang.Second, introduces the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of the research, and analyzes the problems existing in the ecological construction of the resource-based cities in arid areas.Third, taking Jinchang city as the research object, through consulting the data and field investigation, the paper starts with two angles from the natural environment and the city construction,analysis on the status quo of water resources and ecological environment quality in Jinchang, in combination with the reality, Study on the ecological environment quality of Jinchang city at present stage from three aspects: economic development, urban ecologicalenvironmental protection and social progress.These can be more intuitive to reflect the status of its ecology.Fourth, according to the analysis results, the paper summarizes the progress of the ecological construction process and the current main problems in Jinchang,and analyzes the causes of the problem.Fifth, aiming at the main problems existing in ecological construction in Jinchang, make a strategic research on the path of sustainable utilization of water resources, the development of resource industry, the construction of urban oasis environment and the development of urban ecological construction to the advanced stage.Sixth, summarize the key content of this paper, explain the research results and its significance, and point out the direction to continue research in the future.This paper puts forward some related problems in the ecological construction of Jinchang at present, and discusses the path and mode of ecological development. The results of the study will help to provide the direction for the future ecological construction in Jinchang, some results in the ecological construction of similar cities have universal, can play a certain reference and guidance.
