The Key Technologies In Situ Research On IED Low Temperature Environment

A comprehensive summary of the design, construction of Smart Substation Construction and operation experience, absorb the advanced technology of developed countries in the construction of smart substation, electrical, civil engineering and other aspects of the Smart Substation Protection in severe cold area to find out the problems existing in the design, determine the key and difficulty of research on key technology in measurement and control device arranged under the low temperature environment protection, put forward optimization design of technology,equipment, buildings from all electrical, HVAC and other aspects, propose solutions, and analyzes its economic and social benefits, improve the reliability of the smart substation,reduce the project cost, so that it can adapt to the characteristics of smart substation.
