In this paper, a new plant 660MW supercritical unit is the research object.combined with the actual situation of the project infrastructure,the feasibility of the application of flue gas temperature and effective use of the project was studied with taking into account the power plant coal nature, the characteristics of the fly ash. On the basis of analyzing the relationship between the temperature and the ratio of fly ash, the parameters of flue gas dew point temperature and the influence of flue gas temperature on the effective absorption of SO3.the main obstacle to the low temperature corrosion of gas is found. Under the guidance of theoretical analysis, the preliminary decision of this project is to use the dust collector to import the horn of a dust collector to install the energy saving device and low-level stack-gas economizer. Referring to the power plant flue gas and other related parameters, the economical performance of the use of the fluorine plastic pipe and ND steel pipe for the low temperature coal is compared in detail. The process of comparison, this paper considers unit heat consumption, coal consumption, plant electricity, water content of a number of fgd. Finally, although the characteristics of the fluorine plastic pipe is more superior, but the current cost is higher, this project, the use of ND pipe is more appropriate.
