According to people riding habits and patterns, content the related theories of bicycle parts and ergonomics, established the human-machine system, analysis of the manikin posture and optimization of the structure.Established the human body model in line with Chinese characteristic data by CATIA. Conduct research on body posture and optimization. Make the improved bike more suitable for the size of the target population of human characteristics and habits of action.Finallythe research results are applied to instances, Realization the new type of bicycle design which based on man-machine engineering.
