| Due to its own characteristics and high frequency vehicle load,highway tunnel cement concrete pavement surface gradually wear hard material,the surface layer resistance decay rapidly,which is a serious threat to road safety.Among anti-sliding treatment measures of cement concrete pavement,ultra-thin surface NovaChip with anti-sliding、rutting resistance、abrasion resistance and good durability,has the broad prospects for development in high-grade asphalt pavement and cement pavement preventive maintenance.Therefore,further study ultra-thin surface NovaChip of gansu province highway tunnel hydraulic concrete pavement against sliding treatment technology,give full play to its good road performance,improve the function of highway tunnel cement concrete road surface,which has great economic and social benefits.In connection with investigative smoothness、lateral force coefficient and texture depth of the Maijishan tunnel 、Wushaoling tunnel and Tangwali tunnel cement concrete pavement,cement concrete pavement treatment techniques、interlayer adhesion material properties 、asphalt binder performance、ultra-thin surface design and construction technology have been comprehensive studied。The results show that the technical condition of road tunnel cement concrete pavement deteriorats gradually with increasing using life,Maijishan tunnel pavement service level reduced drastically and quite harmful to driving safety and comfort in particular of tunnel interface.Comparing with groove and sanding process,blasting technology can significantly improve cement concrete pavement surface texture and interlayer adhesion strength,which is the best when texture depth reaches 0.3 ~ 0.4mm.Applying phosphate materials to renovate breakage、friability、hanging tablets and pits of cement pavement not only can guarantee cement concrete pavement renovating quality,but also overcome the traditional concrete slow forming defect.Comparing with common emulsified asphalt、asphalt、SBS modified asphalt、rubber asphalt,NovaBond modified emulsion asphalt has excellent bonding strength and solid interface,and whose bonding strength increases with with increasing spreading amount.Comparing with SBS modified asphalt、rubber asphalt and SBS-rubber modified asphalt,NovaBinder modified asphalt has excellent high temperature stability、low temperature toughness、bonding strength、 temperature sensitivity and resistance to stress deformation.According to《NovaChip System design and construction guide》,it is completed that ultra-thin surface mix designs and tests,whose water stability、 high temperature performance and leak analysis indexes all meet the design requirements.Maijishan tunnel ultra-thin surface for skid treatment not only provides with excellent driving performance and skid resistance,but also has good economic and social benefits.Therefore,applying NovaChip ultra-thin surface to treat highway tunnel cement concrete pavement skid resistance inadequate problem perfectly,exerting its good road performance and dramatically improving road performance... |
